We love sports and understand the frustration of runners and people who enjoy sport when they are injured. We are committed to provided the best possible evidence based treatment we can. \n Our senior podiatrist is Mr Hussain who qualified with a BSc (hons) in Podiatric Medicine in 1995 from the University of Westminster London has over 27 years of experience in the foot care sector and with many continual professional development accreditations including PGc in Podiatric Sports Medicine & MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine both from Queen Marys University London.\nAbid was also the lead Sports Podiatrist at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022, working with the Commonwealth Games medical team organizers and our multi disciplinary team colleagues with planning the role and scope of the sports podiatrists at the games, recruitment of podiatrists, logistics as well as providing extensive hands-on musculoskeletal sport medicine training to many of the younger podiatrists who will be volunteering at the games, which is something he has really enjoyed.\nAbid is currently undertaking a PHD at Loughborough University at the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences and is a member of the British Association of Sport, Exercise Medicine, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Institute of Chiropodists and Podiatrists UK.\nAbid provides the necessary expertise to ensure we provide an excellent level of care to our patients. <\/p>\n <\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”16px”][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”4174,4183,4193″ img_size=”150×100″][vc_empty_space height=”95px”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
